  1. Mixxx developers you are awesome for all the effort you've put on this piece of software! It would be awesome if Mixxx comes up with a easy way to set personalized keyboard shortcuts! Though i know you haven't done that because the goal is to make it better to use with Midi controllers.

    1. Hi Anonymous,

I just uploaded packages to the PPA -- hopefully they'll build and be available in a couple of hours.

    2. Just finished my first session with 1.10.1 and everything is working great so far. One minor ting: With the outline skin the title and artist is unreadable, black letters on black background. Was fine in 1.10. Not a real problem for me cause i recently switched to the default skin.
Thanks for the fast response. Keep it up.

  5. Hi Mixxx developers,
will this release be available from the mac app store? Or are stuck wit version 1.9.1? Given the popularity of Mixx in the App store many people would profit from an update of which they would otherwise never learn.

    1. Im am not sure if Mixxx can be released in the Mac App Store in future. Apple requires that all Apps in the Mac App Store must be sandboxed from a particular date. A sandboxed app doesn’t have direct access to any files or frameworks on the system. It can’t access the network or any devices. Features like File Browser in Mixxx are likely to fail this requirement. But I am sure some other developers can give more details in this.

    2. Hi App store user,

We're working on resolving the issues that are keeping up from updating hte app store version. Stay tuned! The problems Toomixxx mentions are what we are up against. Complain to Apple!

      Thanks,
      RJ
